Bright lemon color. Complex nose with aromas of peach, mango, and citrus. Herbal hints of basil and mint. Rich aromatic palate, round with distinct intensity, balanced acidity, and long aromatic finish.

Production process

Pre-fermentation extraction at low temperature. Vinification in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts at temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. Aging on the lees for several months with periodic stirring, while a portion matures in French oak barrels, thus enriching the character of the Malagousia.
