We are proud to vinify and produce a wine of such class. The collection comes from a vineyard that has been providing exceptional quality fruit for years. Restrictive pruning, low yield per hectare (400-450kg/ha), and strict barrel selection with blind tasting. The number of bottles in the collection (500-1500) each year depends on the uniqueness of each harvest.

Variety: Syrah 100%

Aging: 10 – 15 years

Winemaking

Pre-fermentation cold extraction, vinification with 45-day extraction.
18 months of maturation in new 225 lt French oak barrels Ermitage and Seguin Moreau.

Tasting

Opaque red color with a concentrated, complex bouquet of black and dried fruits (plum, fig, blackberry), spices, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla that continuously evolves.

Very rich palate with aromas of ripe black fruit, jam, spice, pepper, ink, coffee, chocolate, and hints of tobacco.

Ripe, satisfying tannins, dynamic structure, and long finish.
