Fermented and extracted in stainless steel tanks. Full malolactic fermentation and maturation in new French barriques for 12 months and 6 months in the bottle. Red fruits, blackberries, plums, spices, metallic tone, vanilla, pronounced acidity, ripe tannins, full-bodied mouthfeel.
