Spring preload adjustment or adjustable spring screw. With the threaded cylindrical shock absorbers, the user can turn the preload to properly tune the spring and tighten a provided bolt to secure the ring in place.
The Rebound Adjustable is for controlling the rebound of the shock absorber. Fast or slow depending on the rider's needs.
