This exceptional dry red wine from the Avantis Estate impresses with its ruby color and violet highlights. It consists of Grenache Rouge and Syrah, creating a unique blend that will satisfy the most demanding wine lovers.

Enjoy the intense aromas of small red fruits, spices, and vanilla, which create an aromatic composition full of finesse. Its gentle tannins, combined with fresh acidity, contribute to the complexity of its taste and prolonged fruity aftertaste.

The estate's proprietary vineyards extend over 200 acres in central Evia, in the Afrati area. They are located at an altitude of 250-500 meters, on steep slopes with low-fertility soils consisting of gravel and stone.

It pairs excellently with stews, grilled meats, and mature yellow cheeses. Also try it with caramelized liver, fried camembert with red fruit jam, and meats with spicy marinades for a distinct gastronomic experience.

Serve at 16-18°C.
