The ham slicing machine features a touchscreen keyboard with an LCD display and backlight, constructed from anodized aluminum, and an automation section made of stainless steel AISI 304.

It incorporates a sharpening device with a special guard that “hides” the blade during operation. It includes additional pusher arms for holding products by the operator.

The platform's travel is adjustable from 34-46 slices/minute (slow-fast), and cleaning is easy. It has a metallic pusher guard for the ham and the blade, as well as a protective cover for the motor and relay.

The electric counter automatically cuts off the number of slices by gravity. The ham slicing machine contains two motors: one for rotating the blade and another for moving the platform.

The slice thickness adjustment ranges from 0-14 mm, and there is an ON-OFF switch with a safety relay. Switching between manual and automatic operation is simple. The counter adjusts slices, spacing, and speed.

The ham slicing machine is ideal for supermarkets, delicatessens, and catering.
