The Samena, derived from lowland vineyards, is a wine with a bright, light yellow color and discreet floral aromas, which harmoniously coexist with the grape aromas.
In the mouth, it is a classic Mediterranean wine, with a balanced, soft velvety taste and a mild character. It has a long aftertaste.
Its strong flavor character makes it a good companion for appetizers, fried fish, various cooked dishes, as well as oven-baked dishes (e.g. pastitsio, giouvetsi with egg-lemon sauce, vegetable pies, etc.), from the traditional repertoire of Greek cuisine.
Served at a temperature of 10°C.
