These are the sheets commonly known as "plexiglass".

Their main features are:

• High transparency up to 92% and color stability over time.
• Increased durability, at least 5 times greater than glass of the same thickness.
• Reduced weight, 50% less compared to glass of the same thickness.
• Resistance to ultraviolet UV radiation.
• Available in stock in thicknesses of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm.
• Upon request, they are available in other thicknesses (e.g., 20mm, 30mm) and in various designs or textures (e.g., satin, phosphorescent, etc.).

The great durability and transparency of acrylic sheets have made them the most popular material for constructing sound barriers.

Additionally, they are widely used in basketball backboards (thicknesses of 10mm and 12mm).
