Slabs with a pyramidal surface configuration. The pyramids are made from a special quality of flexible polyester-based polyurethane foam, with a homogeneous mass and an optimal percentage of closed cells for high sound absorption performance. The polyhedral cells have 20-30% open walls to allow the air carrying the sound wave to penetrate. At the same time, they are 70-80% closed with elastic membranes to absorb the energy of the air molecules resulting in sound absorption. Their distinctive feature is the "pyramid" surface configuration, which provides a multiple effective sound-absorbing surface compared to flat products of the same average thickness.
