It aims to protect the central heating system from excessive pressure, as when this exceeds a predetermined value, the valve opens and decompresses the system. Its installation is important, as it prevents risks that may arise from increased pressure. Additionally, it is installed at the highest point of the installation and operates automatically without the need for a switch or tap.
Its diode design provides two ports, one for the medium inlet and one for the outlet. In this way, when the inlet is closed, the flow is interrupted, while when it is open, the flow at the outlet is equal to that of the inlet.
