Reumax Forte has a complex effect on imbalances in the body at the osteoarticular level, mainly due to age-related wear and tear. The product acts on the joints at all levels: shoulder, spine, neck, hip and knee.

Devil’s claw root extract helps mobilise the body’s natural resources to reduce the frequency and intensity of joint pain. Willow bark extract contains salicin (a precursor of acetylsalicylic acid), which plays a specific role in pain relief. Meadowsweet extract helps inhibit pain receptors, while nettle extract supports the elimination of fluids and toxins from the body and helps support the body’s natural defence mechanisms.

Composition: Ingredients (per capsule): 4:1 devil’s claw root extract – 250 mg, willow bark extract (25% salicin) – 200 mg, 4:1 nettle root extract – 70 mg, nettle aerial parts extract (0.2% parthenolides) – 60 mg, gelatin (capsule), wheat dextrin (bulking agent).

Recommended use: For rheumatism and gout, to relieve joint pain and back pain.

Contraindications: Do not use in people who are sensitive to salicylates; have swelling due to kidney or heart dysfunction; retain fluids due to cardiovascular insufficiency; have kidney stones; or are under 16 years of age. Contraindicated for anyone with a sensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Warnings: Use with caution in people with blood-clotting disorders, gastroduodenal conditions, haemophilia, asthma or diabetes. May interact with antihypertensives, diuretics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines. People with gallstones should consult a doctor before using this supplement.
