HA St/ Ox Hypoallergenic for cats is a complete hypoallergenic veterinary diet for the diagnosis and nutritional management of food allergies in adult cats and kittens.

Some cats suffer from food allergies, which can cause them skin discomfort and/or digestive disorders. HA St/ Ox Hypoallergenic for cats is designed with proteins that have been broken down (hydrolyzed) into very small segments that are unlikely to trigger an allergic reaction and from a purified carbohydrate source.

These hydrolyzed diets are well suited during the "elimination diet" for the diagnosis (or exclusion) of food allergies. When food allergy is suspected, it is recommended to feed HA St/ Ox Hypoallergenic for cats without a transition period. During this trial, it is very important that the cat is fed exclusively with HA for cats and of course water, and does not receive any other food or treats for 8-10 weeks.
