    Cabernet Sauvignon

    It produces wines with intense tannins, full body, and characteristic aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), often with notes of cedar, mint, or tobacco. They have excellent aging potential.

    Merlot

    It gives wines with soft tannins, medium acidity, and aromas of red fruits (cherry, plum), often with notes of herbs or chocolate. They are rounder and softer on the palate compared to Cabernet Sauvignon.

Generous and intense nose of blackcurrant, sour cherry, black cherry with notes of ink and butter. Thick and velvety mouth with impeccable structure and tannins that promise longevity. Long aftertaste and great duration.

Winemaking

Fermentation and long extraction (18-23 days) in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Aging in small (228 L) French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months. Bottling without filtration.

After bottling, it remains in the estate's cellar (controlled temperature and humidity conditions) for at least one and a half years before being released to the market.

It is recommended to be consumed at 16-18°C and has a lifespan of 15 to 20 years.
