    Unacceptable....in 7 years of use, the toilet tank developed a hole...it was leaking a lot of water and caused damage inside the house. In 8 years, on good days, it couldn't even accommodate 2 people for a bath. Money wasted...

    The appearance and design of it are very good, and overall its profile... but... in terms of construction and I'm talking about the quality of the materials used, it is not worth buying!!! For the quality of the construction materials, it is not worth the money you will spend! It easily and quickly gets holes on the top part of the boiler!! In the five years with regular maintenance that I had it. As for the company... the technicians are aware of the problem but they do not admit it as a construction flaw.

    I kept it for 9 years without maintenance. It started leaking water from the boiler, opening the lid where the anode and the resistance are located, I saw signs of corrosion and rust. Day by day it was dripping more and more. In four days I replaced it as it didn't leave me any other choice. Inside the boiler, there was a thick layer of salts that covered the entire bottom while the anode was broken and had fallen inside. I wonder how it heated water. I wouldn't buy elco again as I didn't like what I saw. I bought another one and I will definitely maintain it every 2 years!!!
