  • Taste: Raisin, rich sherry, orange peel.
  • Nose: Strong creamy sherry, notes of mint.
  • Finish: Surprisingly long, complex with a focus on nuts.
  • Aging: Aged for 15 years in barrels that previously contained Oloroso Sherry.
