    Stay away from Hoover. It's not that it burned out the motor, but the fact that their official service is the worst. First of all, you can't talk to a real person ANYWHERE. You only talk to automated answering machines and wait to see if and when they will call you back! They changed the motor for me and it didn't even last one wash before it burned out again! I had to fight for them to come back and replace it since it was still under warranty. The second one burned out on the third wash! Obviously, they don't come back and they don't call you afterwards, right? Now whether they put in new motors or not, I can't know. STAY AWAY, as far away as possible!
