Thermal insulation from expanded ecological high-density polyurethane greater than 50kg/m3, minimizing thermal losses. Exterior casing made of marine aluminum alloy. Cathodic protection with magnesium anode 26x500mm/500gr for internal corrosion protection.

Large round flange for easy cleaning and quick anode replacement. Entire sealing gasket made of silicone material, resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +280°C. Electric resistance with adjustable thermostat and backup fuse.

Overheat protection with closed circuit connection via stainless steel pipe. Cold water inlet with specially designed separator 1/2” BSP and safety valve 10 bar for pressure relief. Hot water outlet: 1/2’’ BSP nipple. Inlet and outlet jacket: 3/4’’ BSP nipple. Position for safety valve connection 3.5 bar: brass 1/2’’ BSP nipple.
