    I have been using it for years. As for the replacement part, it is a good ceramic activated carbon filter that satisfactorily filters the water and turns brown from the residues, and I change it at 5 months, a bit earlier than the specifications suggest. It can be cleaned with a clean sponge from the soft side and you can reinstall it until it's time to replace it. The water quality is good in taste but not crystal clear in appearance and after a few months there is a slight odor. However, as a device, it is problematic as it drips from the filter spout when I turn on the tap water. Generally, the replacement filter does a good job for the approximately 20 euros it costs, but the device is plastic and of average construction, which is why I am considering changing it and going for something inox or a better quality plastic filter. When I measure the TDS of the water from this filter, I will return to report if it is at normal levels or not.
