I bought them for my wife, who does exactly that job. They are very high-quality headphones and have a very good microphone, which cancels noise. The only major problem they have is their relatively thin ear cushions, which can cause pressure on the ears and become tiring, even painful. We found the solution by using replacement and more comfortable ear cushions.

I have been using them for professional calls the past year and I am very satisfied overall. Sound quality is ok, not good for music but perfectly fine for calls. Mic quality is good. Also, the mute feature, when you lift the mic, is very convenient and works very well with Microsoft Teams. The only negative is that after about 8-9 months I had to buy a new pair, as the power button got stuck. Build quality is ok for the price, needs to be handled with care.
