The Nils Extreme TK631 trekking poles are telescopic sections that allow quick and easy adjustment of their length according to the user's height. They feature a non-slip and ergonomic handle made of special plastic with an adjustable strap. The TK631 series includes an internal shock absorption system that reduces vibrations while hiking, protecting the joints, even during intensive walking (shock absorption system can be deactivated).

The poles are suitable for mountainous areas with hard and soft surfaces. Hiking is a sport that develops the overall muscular system and improves body endurance.
