The Dual Probe Remote Thermometer measures temperature with absolute accuracy, both at the heart of the food you are cooking and inside the Big Green Egg. It features 2 sensors and a receiver that you can take with you. Once the desired temperature is reached, the receiver will automatically alert you (up to 91 meters away).
The Dual Probe Thermometer is a precision instrument with the unique shape of the EGG and offers a range of laboratory temperature settings for:

- Veal
- Lamb
- Pork
- Poultry
- Nine different types of game (e.g. duck, venison)
The sensors measure temperatures up to 380°C.
