Most connections are double, and regardless of the number of players, both lines can always be occupied (even in 2 and 3 player games). All connections have their cost, which the player must pay through toll receipts. When a player occupies the first of the double connection lines, they pay the corresponding toll cost to the bank. However, when the second line of this connection is occupied, the toll fee goes to the player who occupied the first line.
