Description & Specifications

The impressive labels of Lapis Luna wines (Latin for Stone and Moon) journey through a timeless story of struggle, ambition, and redemption. This journey represents the story of the creation of the wine.

Since its creation, each release has pushed the conventional boundaries of winemaking to produce exceptional wines from unknown vineyards of California.

The grapes for this wine are harvested in the cool nighttime temperatures, resulting in slow, cold fermentations for the gentle extraction of maximum aromatic properties.

It ages in oak for nine months and is rich and round, with flavors of lemon, white peach, and vanilla bean.

Its fresh acidity pairs superbly with:

  • spicy tuna tartare
  • salads
  • grilled meat
  • vegetable risotto
  • fried chicken
