The Pass Through system allows the entire cable to be pulled through the plug. The advantage over traditional crimping is that this system allows the wires to be drawn evenly through the plug.

Once the end is fully crimped, the crimping tool cuts off the excess wires from the plug. This ensures a much better and more accurate crimping of the plug.
