Composition: A homogeneous mixture in variable proportions of the following plant parts: tortoises, cockle bark, dill seeds, nettle leaves, sweet fennel seeds, chamomile flowers, licorice roots, sweet stevia leaves, traditionally used for the prevention and treatment of constipation, anal fissures, hemorrhoids, or in cases of surgical interventions in the anal area (when the use of laxative medications is not permitted), as well as for the elimination of toxins from the body.
Traditional uses: These plants are recognized both for their traditional use and for their mention in the specialist literature for their laxative role, increasing the peristalsis of the large intestine and regulating gastrointestinal motility, also having antispasmodic action.
Preparation method: Internal use - infusion. Pour 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag of the product into 250 ml of boiling water; cover the container and let it steep for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. After steeping, strain and optionally add 1 tsp. of fresh lemon juice.
Dosing method: Internally: drink 1-2 cups of tea per day, one cup in the evening before bed and optionally one cup in the morning between 5 and 7 a.m. (peak hours for large intestine stimulation); do not sweeten. The tea has a sweet taste due to the sweet leaves of the sweet stevia, also known as "honey herb" (Stevia rebaudiana), which contain sweet substances permissible for diabetics and overweight individuals, as they are practically calorie-free.
Contraindications: This product is a dietary supplement. Dietary supplements do not substitute a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage for regular consumption.
