The straps are very good in terms of quality and suitable for the exercises they are intended for. I use them for strength training exercises. They are open straps, meaning with free ends, and not circular (loop) (see blue strap). The only thing I have as a remark - hence the star minus - is that this is not mentioned anywhere in the description. I wanted closed straps, so I had to tie them at the ends (see green strap).

The material is excellent and does not collect dust or stick to the hands. Easy to transport as it comes with a carrying case. It can be used for both free exercises and static ones. Personally, I use it in combination with the brand's strap that adjusts to the door to enrich my exercise routine. I definitely recommend it and I am satisfied as it covers the resistances I need depending on the nature of the exercise. You will find it very useful because sometimes you will need the green, sometimes the red, and sometimes the blue strap, especially if you are in a physiotherapy phase where you need to work your muscles from scratch.
