    The only negative is that the washing machine does not have operating indications in Greek and does not include a user manual in Greek, but it does include instructions in Macedonian, which is unacceptable. The WiFi and the app on the phone work easily and you can operate it with its menu in a Greek environment. The company I ordered from, when I contacted them, their employee was helpful and immediately responded to my request for instructions in Greek. However, the company, after our communication, sent us the user manual immediately in PDF and we printed it. The transport company was very helpful and brought it up to the 5th floor.

    My first experience with a dryer and after 6 or 7 wash/dry cycles I haven't decided yet...
    The washing machine works just fine and everything is good.
    The dryer now dries just fine (the fewer clothes, the better)
    My question and concern is the following (and please help me)
    Drying takes 2+ hours! Ok
    The clothes are quite wrinkled! Ok
    Unfortunately, though, after 2+ hours of drying there is no freshness or nice smell from the detergent and/or softener!!
    Is this how it is or is my amazing washer/dryer doing something wrong?

    We have had the washing machine for almost a month and it is truly excellent. It has quite a few programs, the fact that it connects to wifi is very convenient for us, and the dryer is exceptional. Finally, it is quite quiet compared to our previous washing machines.

    The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of five (which it deserves) is because there are no instructions in Greek (nor online) or in English. On LG's website, I found instructions in English which are not in pdf format and are not easy to read.
