It plays everything, all frequencies clearly, no unacceptable tails but it has amazing punch. If you're a show-off and the reason you want a sub is to turn heads, this isn't for you, go for 12" trash subs, the internet is full of them. If you're looking for sound quality, to fill your car with lows with minimal lost trunk space... then you're in the right place. Don't pair it with a 300-400rms expensive amplifier, it needs a 500-600rms amplifier at 1Ω for headroom, even if it's a budget one.
