I've had it for 10 months and it's truly the best. Many and flexible ports, and you can charge 2 devices at the same time while also charging it. It gives at least 3 full charges from 0%-100%. It's bulky and a bit heavy, okay, but that's expected because it's a BEAST!

Since I got it, it doesn't charge. With a type B charger, it charges at most 1% every 20 minutes, and with type C, not at all.

Positives: it is a fairly good product, it can charge a mobile phone with a 5000mAh battery up to 4 times. It also has ports so you can charge every electronic device simultaneously.

The only negative is that it takes an excessively long time to charge when its energy is depleted from use.

I got this for a trip I was going to take and it did the job, just to inform everyone who will get this product that it takes five hours and 26 minutes to charge from 0% to 100%. Besides that, never pay attention to what it says about being a certain mAh, for me on my phone (Samsung A34) which also lost battery that I monitor with software, it charged it three times, so for me it turned out to be more like 13,000 mAh rather than 20,000.

However, for a power bank I consider it a pretty good product, especially for the price.

Very good and reliable. Its display helps a lot. Very sturdy construction. Be careful at airports, the first one I bought was taken from me in China because it has CE certification but not FCC. I think now there are restrictions at all airports ALSO based on capacity. Look into it if it concerns you, it's a shame to lose it so ingloriously like I did. I bought the same one again but I won't take it with me on a plane unless I check first.

Even though it's quite big it only fully changes the phone 3 times and takes quite long to charge itself. That's why the one star less.

5 stars even though the battery indicator on its screen does not correspond to the actual capacity. It does charge a 5000mAh phone 4 times, but when the third charge is finished, instead of showing 25%, it shows 12%. And somehow, the 12% manages to provide another full charge. Maybe I got a defective one. Nevertheless, it does what it promises and for its price it is excellent

Quite a fast charger when you charge with your phone's cable. If you charge with the cable included in the package, the charging time is doubled.

Very large capacity which means you can charge any device multiple times. Reliable so far and value for money. I would like it to be lighter and have more watts to charge faster.

I also got the "Xiaomi Redmi VXN4304GL Power Bank 20000mAh 18W" for its reliability. I'm a bit wary of this one with what I've read, but in my opinion, it's better in design, more elongated, and technically the extra Watts.

Very good, its battery runs out very slowly. Especially for long trips, it is the best. I use it mainly to charge my watch, phone, headphones, and it easily lasts several days depending on the use of the phone. Within 2-3 days it will definitely be recharged, so it has never run out on me yet. A very positive thing that I didn't know is that if you press the side button while it's charging, it shows the Volts and Amps of the current charging. In general, I would recommend it to everyone, it is heavy but it is something you need and for its price I consider it an honest choice.
