The roof sealant Isoroof PU Hybrid Vernilac is a new technology roof sealant made with highly elastic water-based polyurethane acrylic resins, which interconnect in the presence of solar UV radiation (UV Curable). It forms an impenetrable membrane against moisture and standing water.

Its surface hardens quickly and does not stick. It does not get easily dirty, as its surface does not allow dust and pollutants to settle, maintaining its white color and innovative properties. It is extremely resistant to extreme weather conditions from +80°C to -25°C, retaining its elasticity and preventing cracks.

It reduces the roof temperature in summer and keeps it sealed in winter.

Preparation:

• Remove loose materials, dust, salts, oils, greenery, and asphalt coating residues.
• Fill small cracks (Vernilac, spatocryl elastic).
• For larger cracks, first fill with polyurethane cord and then fill.
• "Bridge" expansion joints with polyester fabric impregnated with Vernilac isoroof hybrid.
• Prime with waterproof acrylic solvent-based primer Vernilac Durocoat.

Application:

• Mix well before and during use.
• Apply with a brush, roller, gun, or airless in two crosswise coats with particular emphasis on hard-to-reach areas.
• The product insulates and waterproofs both horizontal and vertical surfaces made of concrete, plaster, bricks, drywall, and cement boards of old and new construction.
• Do not apply the product in heatwaves and frost.

Drying:

• To touch in 3-4 hours.
• Repaint after 12-24 hours. These intervals increase if there is high humidity or very low temperatures.

Yield: 1.2-1.4 m²/liter

Tool cleaning: with water and soap and, if needed, with a detergent solution.
