I used it for an entire winter, from early Oct 24 to mid May 25, in a city in Northern Greece. 2500 kW for the whole period with the house temperature at 22-23+. Low supply temperatures. In a few cases 45. Mostly 33 to 40 degrees Celsius. (Roughly, roughly €500 in electricity) The price of the heat pump is particularly competitive compared to other more well-known brands; I haven’t needed the service or support yet, so I don’t have an opinion. Anyone who has a question and I can help, I’ll be happy to. It has an app for remote control, kW consumption measurement, and so on. Recently I also found the way to do compensation. So after using it and in the second year I’ll see whether consumption will really drop further. (unfortunately the technician didn’t suggest it to me from the start and I learned it by chance). - Year 2025-2026. After a slightly better and more rational use, smaller supply fluctuations from 31 to 37 (using compensation), better humidity levels with the use of a second dehumidifier, I have dropped a little below 1800 kW. No, we did not get cold. The house’s average temperature went up, humidity as well as the pump’s kW went down (-700 kW). The measurement was done with smart meters and is not a rough estimate. Maybe it was balanced out as final consumption with that of the 2nd dehumidifier (so to speak), but okay. As a result of home comfort and hygiene: A+++. Worth the investment. Also, the company’s app improved after a few minor problems I had encountered in the first year.
