I have had it since December '25, very satisfied, the plates come off and can be washed, it is easy to clean. It works perfectly as a sandwich maker even though it is also advertised as a grill (I haven't used it for that purpose), it has a small container where the cooking residues can fall, which also comes off easily and is also easy to clean. It has a timer for 5-10-15(...) minutes and continues, and a temperature selection level. I set it a little above the middle on the temperature selection for faster results. Under the metal plates, it has the heating elements, which can also be cleaned with a damp paper when you remove the plates. I "grill" toast, tortillas, pies, general simple use, I just wanted something "good". It is a bit pricey but I believe it won't disappoint me soon.
