Gift. Very accurate heart rate measurement even compared to the extremely precise Coros Pace 3, with which I connect for training almost exclusively for road/mountain running. In relation to this specific watch, I have noticed in my body that the heart rate from the strap gives on average 3-4 beats lower, probably due to the fewer vibrations in the position where it is placed, as the sensor is otherwise the same and excellent. By eye and without having spent hours analyzing graphs, I wouldn't say that the Pace 3 has greater inconsistencies and deviations in heart rate compared to the strap: both monitors provide measurements that generally correspond to the intensity I feel at that moment, without lagging or losing their measurement EVER. The strap simply gives me a bit more confidence to push myself a little harder (e.g., in races) knowing the most accurate possible measurement, while conversely, when I only wear the watch (the most common, in simple training) I always keep in mind that my heart rate is 3-4 beats lower and adjust the intensity accordingly. The conclusion is that training based on heart rates can be done with both the strap and the Pace 3, and neither of the two devices has led me to abandon this idea, as has happened with other smartwatches. Essentially, this strap combined with an excellent sports watch is the most uselessly useful accessory you can have.
The strap connects comfortably and very easily with the watch and starts measuring as soon as it is worn but only appears when a workout is selected on the Pace 3, so it's good to wear it only when we need it to avoid draining the battery. What concerns me, and I don't know well, is that I have to be in other apps to see the heart rate from my phone and not in its own, or rather I still don't know how to use it. I will do an update soon regarding both the apps and swimming

Απλώς η ζώνη μού δίνει μια κάπως μεγαλύτερη αυτοπεποίθηση να σπρώξω τον εαυτό μου λίγο παραπάνω (πχ. σε αγώνες) γνωρίζοντας την ακριβέστερη δυνατή μέτρηση, ενώ αντίστοιχα, όταν φοράω μόνο το ρολόι (το πιο συνηθισμένο, στις απλές προπονήσεις) έχω πάντα υπόψη ότι οι σφυγμοί μου είναι 3-4 παλμούς παρακάτω και προσαρμόζω την ένταση ανάλογα. Το συμπέρασμα είναι ότι προπόνηση βάσει σφυγμών γίνεται τόσο με τη ζώνη όσο και με το Pace 3 και καμία από τις δύο συσκευές δεν με έχει οδηγήσει να παρατήσω αυτήν την ιδέα, όπως έχει γίνει με άλλα smartwatch. Ουσιαστικά αυτή η ζώνη σε συνδυασμό με ένα άριστο ρολόι για αθλήματα είναι το πιο αχρηστοχρήσιμο αξεσουάρ που μπορείς να έχεις.
Η ζώνη συνδέεται άνετα και πολύ εύκολα με το ρολόι και ξεκινάει να μετράει μόλις φορεθεί αλλά εμφανίζεται μόνο όταν επιλεγεί προπόνηση στο Pace 3, οπότε καλό είναι να τη φοράμε μόνο όταν τη χρειαζόμαστε για να μην χάνουμε μπαταρία. Επίσης, ενώ δεν αφήνει σημάδι στο σημείο όπου τη φοράμε, έχω παρατηρήσει ότι με αμάνικη φανέλα σε αποστάσεις άνω των 30 χλμ., το λουράκι μού προκαλεί μικρό έγκαυμα στην πλάτη, όπου τρίβεται το χέρι κατά το τρέξιμο. Οπότε βαζελινούλα ή κοντομάνικο μπλουζάκι και είμαστε εντάξει.

Ο λόγος που το πήρα είναι για να κάνω Crossfit κ να μη με εμποδίζει στο ασκησιολογιο. Ουσιαστικά αντί να αγοράσεις μια ζώνη παλμών αγοράζεις μια συσκευή που μπαίνει στο μπράτσο κ βολεύει αρκετά !
Αυτό που με προβληματίζει κ δε το γνωρίζω βέβαια καλά είναι ότι πρέπει να είμαι σε άλλες εφαρμογές για να βλέπω τους παλμούς από κινητό κ όχι στη δική του ή μάλλον δε ξέρω ακόμα να το χρησιμοποιώ.
Θα κάνω σύντομα update τόσο για τις εφαρμογές όσο κ για το κολύμπι
