Description & Specifications

Forged knife made of steel, crafted according to the experience and expertise of Japanese metallurgists. Well-balanced with a resin handle and shiny metal details. Blade coating with Damascus laser effect and gray titanium. Length: 20 cm.

Also known as the "Japanese vegetable knife," the Nakiri knife has a wide, rectangular shape, and an especially sharp tip. It is an excellent tool for chopping vegetables, as you can use it to cut without needing to move the blade. Simply bring down the blade with one single motion.

Ideal for larger vegetables, such as sweet potatoes or pumpkins, the Nakiri is an excellent choice for slicing vegetables like cabbage or lettuce. The sharply pointed edge can be used to create very thin, even slices, perfect for garnishing dishes.
