The Bouchard Chablis is produced from grapes of selected vineyard plots of the Chablis AOC at the northern end of Burgundy.
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. It then matures in the tanks for 6-8 months with the lees.
Straw yellow color with silver highlights. Intense mineral and saline nose with lime notes. Lively on the palate with vibrancy, freshness, and a mineral finish.
Aging potential of 3-5 years.
