The production of RIESS Premium porcelain enamel is carried out with green energy from three of its own hydroelectric power plants. Natural ingredients such as iron, quartz, clay, feldspar, borax, soda, and potash are mixed and melted in a kiln at temperatures from 1000°C to 1200°C.
