The blade is made of thermally treated carbon steel 50# and YG8 tungsten carbide, with a blade hardness of 85 HRc (+/-2 degrees).
Blade geometry GS with a 10-degree angle. A metallic disc of suitable thickness, cut by laser, ensures the rigidity of the saw and reduces the stress on the blade.
The shape of the teeth and the blade geometry allow for optimal processing quality when cutting wood along the grain. A higher number of teeth in a given diameter saw results in smooth surfaces of the cut materials, especially dry wood.
The saw is intended for industrial applications using power tools, for cutting soft and hardwood, other wood-based materials, particleboard, and drywall.
