With the adjustable Smith Machine, you can perform exercises such as squats, chest presses, or shoulder presses, among others. With a Smith machine, you can lift heavy loads more effectively because the system always supports you, allowing you to focus on lifting the weight rather than handling the bar.

  • Safety supports: Extremely strong with a thickness of 5 mm and UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) protection, adjustable from 316 - 1816 mm in 31 levels with a distance of 50 mm 
  • Integrated bar with a length of 1980 mm with 12-position sliding guides and safety hooks. Suitable for 50 mm and 25 mm plates.
