In the dedicated app, you will find a report on your sleep progress, duration, and division into phases: light, deep, and REM.

Breathing exercises are available for relaxation and concentration. The smartwatch will guide you through breathing training with just one tap.

Choose from one of the 8 available sports and track your progress during training. The smartwatch records:

  • Number of steps
  • Distance traveled
  • Calories burned

The TW10 Navy is leak-resistant, ideal for swimming. Your training progress in the swimming pool will also be recorded.
