The boiler room boilers of MasterSOL are internally protected from corrosion using the Direct Glass liquid enamel method baked at 850 degrees Celsius, with a thickness of 400 micro, made from a mixture of inorganic silicate salts without chemical additives, ensuring perfectly hygienic water and excellent durability over time.

The glass, having full adhesion to the steel, follows the contractions and expansions of the metal. They are ideal for domestic and professional use and are made from quality, eco-friendly materials for long-lasting durability.

They are manufactured according to DI 4753 and E 12897 specifications, complying with international hygiene standards. They are installed vertically and have positions for recirculation and for an immersion thermometer. They also feature a cleaning flange.

Their insulation is made of polyurethane, injected using an automatic machine with modern, next-generation technology aiming to achieve optimal material density.
