The BIBS Colour pacifier has a round outer shape with 3 holes that allow air circulation and prevent irritation around the baby's mouth. The ring around the pacifier is round and decorated with the BIBS logo.

The BIBS Colour pacifiers are made from latex, a material derived from the sap of the rubber tree (hevea). This sap is processed to produce latex—a durable, elastic, and soft material with a texture similar to that of the mother's breast.

• The pacifier nipple is designed with a valve that allows air to escape when the baby closes their mouth, taking the natural shape of the baby's oral cavity.
• The nipple is made from 100% natural latex.
• The flexible disk around the nipple is slightly concave to minimize contact points with the baby's skin.

The cleanliness and sterilization of the pacifier involve frequent cleaning. The younger the baby, the more important it is to protect the pacifier from bacteria and maintain good hygiene. Before first use, the pacifier should be sterilized.

Latex is a natural material that can break at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius. Therefore, latex pacifiers should NOT be sterilized in a microwave, steam, or with a sterilizing solution.

The pacifier sterilization process includes 3 simple steps:

• Place the pacifier in a clean bowl.
• Pour hot water over the pacifier and leave it for 5 minutes.
• Remove the pacifier onto a clean towel and let it dry.

If water has entered the nipple (through the valve), squeeze the nipple with the towel until the water is released.
