Giffard has known for over 125 years the right way to produce high-quality syrups. It was created in 1885 by Emile Giffard, a pharmacist who invented a mint liqueur, Menthe Pastille. Since then, four generations have aimed at finding the best and most aromatic ingredients for product production.
