It is integrated with exceptional quality paper that has been carefully selected for use with fountain pens and guarantees minimal "bleed," is quite opaque, and has minimal "show-through" from the back side. This premium quality textured paper is equally ideal for pencil sketches, thanks to its "rough" surface.

Each notebook features durable cowhide leather sourced from Spain, which is naturally dyed (environmentally friendly), cut, and polished in Stamford, for a stunningly beautiful finish. Additionally, leather straps complete the look, providing an impressive closure with a leather button located on the front cover.

Each Traveller’s Journal comes in a beautiful, practical paper bag with a cord, handcrafted. All notebooks from Stamford are handmade, processed by true artisans using ancient techniques and "modern" equipment, handling all production processes, including paper printing, folding, stitching, cutting, and packaging. This process also extends to the leather products, where we cut, dye, stitch, and finish all leather goods by hand.
