Spinach seeds Vilmorin. Spinach seeds are the ideal choice for growing in the garden. Apart from its delicious taste, it is considered a vegetable of high nutritional value, with beneficial properties for health, as it is rich in vitamins and antioxidants. It is an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced gardeners, as it does not require frequent and lengthy attention.

It is recommended to plant it in soil enriched with nutrients, to a depth of 2-3 centimeters. Additionally, it can be cultivated both in the garden and in pots and window boxes, as its root system remains shallow.

Regular watering in small amounts is needed during the winter and autumn months, while with the rise in temperature, we increase the watering.

  • Sowing: In rows 30cm apart from August to October.
  • Thinning: Remove the smaller plants and keep the strong ones, with a distance of 15cm between them.
  • Harvesting: Usually takes place from November to April.
