    Cabernet Sauvignon

    It produces wines with intense tannins, full body, and characteristic aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), often with notes of cedar, mint, or tobacco. They have excellent aging potential.

    Merlot

    It gives wines with soft tannins, medium acidity, and aromas of red fruits (cherry, plum), often with notes of herbs or chocolate. They are rounder and softer on the palate compared to Cabernet Sauvignon.

    Vlachiko

    It offers wines with a medium to full body, aromas of apricot, citrus fruits, chamomile, and a subtle acidity.

    Red variety from Epirus, mild and fruity; ideal for everyday meals.
