Carl Schmidt Sohn is known for exceptional quality in the manufacture of knives and cookware, with a long history of production in the city of Solingen. Today, Solingen remains the center of knives in Germany, where approximately 90% of German knives are produced. Since 1928, famous product lines such as "Continental," "Solingia," and "La Casita" have been sold with great success throughout Europe. The company has dedicated more than 180 years to the development and production of knives, continuously improving the combination of function and form.

The Marburg set is ideal for the occasional cook as well as professional users. It is made of aluminum with a Procalon PLUS non-stick coating (marble-based material). The handle is made of bakelite, with silicone additions that offer a Soft-Touch effect - it does not heat up and does not slip. Additionally, the end of the handle has a stainless steel hole for hanging.
