Rosemary - Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinallis)

The rosemary can be used in culinary preparations as well as in herbal teas.

Recipe:

• For one cup of tea, add one teaspoon of the herb to hot water (80-90°C).
• Cover it for 5-8 minutes to retain the steam inside the cup.
• Then strain and serve.
• Optionally, add honey, milk, lemon, etc.
