Terrible build quality and tragic design — and I'm not talking about the appearance, I'm talking purely about the functional aspect.

    Let's go one by one:

    1. The build quality is made from cheap plastic that looks like it will fall apart after a few months of use. I don't expect a product that costs 4.5 euros to be made of metal, glass, and reinforced concrete, but on the other hand, making such cutbacks and having the plastic feel like a drinking straw seems laughable to me, especially when the equivalent dispenser from a well-known Scandinavian furniture company is at the same price and is sturdy.

    2. Now let's get to the even more ridiculous part: the spout is very small and points forward, resulting in the liquid soap shooting onto you and not onto your hands underneath when you press it.

I wonder, didn't they test the product before releasing it to the market? Good grief, as the late Georgiou used to say!
