Description

Description

The CGB 75 gas boiler from WOLF is ideal for homes or commercial spaces up to 600* square meters and can operate with both natural gas and liquid gas (either from a tank or a bottle). The thermal power of the condensing gas and liquid gas boiler ranges from 19.6 to 75.8 kW.

The gas condensing boiler is environmentally friendly, achieving a high efficiency level of up to 109%, while thanks to condensing technology it saves up to 35% gas fuel!

The Wolf wall-mounted boiler can cover areas up to 350 m². It operates with gas and heats the water through combustion, which is then transferred through pipes to heat the radiators. Its main advantage compared to an oil boiler is that it does not require a fuel storage tank as the supply comes directly from the network pipes.
It includes a burner, which is responsible for the fuel combustion process.
It uses condensing technology, where the boiler utilizes the energy stored in the hot flue gases before releasing them into the environment. This significantly increases its efficiency and achieves greater fuel economy and cost savings

Significant advantages of CGB75 condensing boilers

  • High efficiency up to 109%
  • Al/Si heat exchanger
  • Wide modulation range from 25-100%
  • Minimum power consumption in Standby: 6W
  • Maximum absorbed power 82 or 145 W
  • No minimum water flow required
  • Maintenance under pressureNo side clearances required
  • Easy installation and operation

The big difference

All gas condensing boilers of the CGB & CGB-K series by WOLF have the ability to operate with just 20% of their power. This means that in a multi-apartment building, if heating is needed in 1 or 2 apartments, this specific boiler, instead of operating at its maximum power to consume fuel equivalent to heating all the apartments in the building (as traditional boilers do), can operate at a much "lower" level and of course consume only as much fuel as needed to heat the apartments requesting heating. The result is maximum fuel economy and therefore very reasonable consumption per apartment and low common expenses.

With condensing technology

The basic principle of condensing technology is that the combustion gases are not directly led to the chimney, but pass through a heat exchanger (heating), where they cool down. In this way, the steam containing the combustion gases condenses and returns their energy back to the heating system (latent heat of combustion gases).

The steam containing the combustion gases provides:

  • For every liter of water and cooling degree of the combustion gases, 0.0012 kWh.
  • For every liter of water condensed from the steam of the combustion gases, 0.63 kWh.

Thus, the condensing boiler achieves significant fuel consumption reduction, which can be:

  • up to 15% for conventional body heating (70°C - 80°C)
  • up to 20% for mixed heating systems
  • up to 35% for underfloor heating systems (40°C - 50°C)

With inverter technology

"Reads" the return temperature of the heating system and in this way "understands" the needs of the house at that moment. It adjusts the power accordingly to the actual needs of the house and does not constantly work at maximum like a conventional boiler.

Minimum electricity consumption

Technology "blue angel" without preheating for minimum electricity consumption.

Flexibility and ease of installation

With the ability to install a double or single chimney. High-quality heat exchanger made of aluminum-pyrite alloy with minimal service requirements. Ready assembled with its covers on a pallet for easy transportation and installation.
