The HENDI electric potato peeler is designed for professional use in facilities where potatoes and other root vegetables need to be peeled daily. The machine uses a grinding disc and abrasive surfaces located inside the drum to peel tubers with an efficiency of 70 - 100 kg/h. The peeler is made from high-quality materials (stainless steel, plastic), making it resistant to mechanical damage and safe for food without affecting the taste or smell of the peeled tubers. The machine is easy to use and simple to clean. It is suitable for intensive use.

An intuitive manual control panel allows for device programming, which is equipped with an 8-minute timer and LED indicators. A powerful 550 W motor ensures that portions of potatoes are peeled in 2 - 3 minutes per cycle. For user safety, there is a microswitch that deactivates the device when the transparent cover is opened. A separator for collecting peels minimizes the risk of sewer blockage. The stability of the peeler is ensured by 4 legs, two of which are equipped with support plates, allowing the device to be mounted on the floor.
